You stated to go online - then what - what do we say- what do we click on- how do we ask them to update our computer - how can they update our computer? I am totally confused.
YOU should get these updated since everyone else will be having the same problem that we are. I don't know anything about these programs that are under 32 bit: uninstall, smartswitch, quicklook32, and inkserver. If we are having these problems at our computer, so are tons of other people who bought the same computer that we did. The good news is that the transition from 32-bit to 64-bit should be seamless for most users.

WE didn't input these programs on the BRAND NEW computer that we bought with these apps "automatically" installed. Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac is on the verge of moving to 64-bit. However, I don't understand why WE have to get in touch with the developers that are at 32 bit. (Click apple icon + about + system report + applications, then scroll down right column for NO under 64 bit apps). Increase the security and performance of Microsoft Office XP with this update. I saw your instructions online that show how to discover which applications are 32 bit, so that was very helpful since I don't know what I am doing.
